A company organizes a trip, and although the employees each have their own concerns, they embark on a joyful journey. While crossing a massive suspension bridge, a young man named Sam (played by Nicholas D'Agosto) suddenly sees a vision in which the bridge begins to collapse, killing countless people, including himself, colleagues, and friends in the incident. When he wakes from the vision, various signs around indicate that the disaster is imminent. In a panic, he and eight others, including Julie (Emma Bell), Peter (Miles Fisher), Candice (Ellen Wroe), and Olivia (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood), get off the bus.
