In a small village in Busan in 1999, female student Eun-ji (played by Ryu Hye-young) was murdered, leaving her brother Jang-woo (played by Jo Won) without his only family. He is determined to find out who killed his sister. With no clues at all, Jang-woo has to rely on the powers of a girl who can foresee death (played by Lee Yu-young) to track down the real culprit. During his investigation, he becomes suspicious of the local pharmacist Min's Pharmacy (played by Ryu Hae-jin), who is well-liked in the community. Although there is no evidence, Jang-woo believes he is "that guy" and begins to keep a 24-hour watch on Min's Pharmacy.
