The story takes place in Louisiana, USA, where an unexpected traffic accident results in the deaths of driver Rick (played by Rick Cramer) and Amy (played by Deborah Calloway-Duke). As the sole witness, young woman Aiden (played by Agnes Bruckner) witnessed the events unfold. However, the tragedy does not end there; Rick's body mysteriously goes missing, and a series of bizarre events begin to occur around Aiden. Aiden and her friends start to uncover the truth behind the incident, and they find Amy's granddaughter, who reveals that Amy was a powerful priestess skilled in magic. She had sealed a malevolent spirit inside a trunk, which was opened during the accident. Thus, the evil spirit possesses the deceased Rick, and with its anger and malice, it returns to the world with one purpose: to unleash a massacre and slaughter all living beings.
