In a small, remote Western town far from the metropolis, a lovely girl named Dorothy (voiced by Grey DeLisle) lives with Uncle Henry (voiced by Stephen Root) and Aunt Em (voiced by Frances Conroy). On some gloomy days, she feels incredibly down because the strict sheriff, Miss Gultch, wants to take away her beloved dog, Toto. At a critical moment, it's thanks to the feuding duo Tom and Jerry that Toto is finally saved.
