In a village located in the Isaan region of Thailand, a place where modern civilization has little influence, a documentary team arrives hoping to record the story of a shaman family's guardian spirit legacy. The main subject being filmed is named Nim (played by Sani Utoomma), and her family worships the Bayan spirit. Although she has been chosen as the third-generation shaman by the Bayan spirit, this position was originally meant for her sister Noi (played by Sirani Yankittikan). However, unable to bear her burdens, Noi finds a way to have her sister replace her and turns to Christianity, living a normal life. As the years pass, the Bayan spirit seems to have its sights set on Noi's beautiful daughter Min (played by Nareela Kulmongkolpaat) as the next shaman.
