On the busy streets of Paris, a law student passes by the art student, Hélène, every evening, captivated by her beauty. One day, he gets the chance to flirt with her, believing that they could develop something the next day. However, he does not see Hélène again. To encounter her once more, he gives up dinner and instead walks back and forth on the street where they met three times.
