In the eerie and strange Peninsula Hospital, during the quiet of the night, flickering lights cast a dim glow. Nurse Ma (played by Yang Qing), who works at the hospital, meets a tragic and unexpected death in the elevator, setting off a series of terrifying and bizarre events.
