In pursuit of a GPS-located beluga whale, college girl Seti (Camille Balsamo) and Roniel (Giovonnie Samuels) accompany their research group professor Stephen (Matt Winston) to the vicinity of the Arctic Circle. They board Seti's grandfather's crab-catching vessel, the Predestination, where they soon net a strange object. Upon initial investigation, it turns out to be a former Soviet lunar probe. The professor is overjoyed and intends to claim it for himself. However, Seti's grandfather is not an easy man; he stubbornly claims that his granddaughter owns the object, which infuriates Professor Stephen. With the help of crew members Sweet (Milla Bjorn) and Rick, Seti secretly examines the probe and the body of the pilot inside. Who would have thought that the mysterious unknown creature would be awakened by them...
