Kyle Pratt (played by Jodie Foster) is devastated after her husband falls to his death. She just wants to quickly return home with her 6-year-old daughter, boarding a flight from Berlin to New York. However, after the plane takes off, her daughter goes missing. All evidence indicates that her daughter did not board the flight, and everyone suspects that Kyle is having a breakdown. But as a mother, she firmly believes her daughter is on that plane and is determined to find her mysteriously missing child. Kyle is the designer of the plane and knows every internal structure inside out. As she uncovers each part of the aircraft, she also reveals a shocking conspiracy.
