In a remote forest, four young people drifting down a river are attacked by a deformed cannibalistic hunter, who uses bows and traps to hunt them down, leaving only a girl named Alice (played by Janet Montgomery) to escape. Almost simultaneously, in Grafton Prison, West Virginia, prison guard Nit (played by Tom Frederic) and his partner receive a mission: to transfer the Mexican inmate Chavez (played by Tamer Hassan) and others to another prison.
