A humor mystery film adapted from Jiro Akagawa’s novel of the same name, scripted by Shoichi Maruyama of "Sukampin Walk," and directed by Kazuyuki Izutsu. It depicts the struggles of a female university student who must search for the true murderer of a call girl in order to atone for her mother. Kanako, the university student, is left all alone after her mother's death. Her mother was the chairman of the massive corporation, Kitazato Sangyo. Kanako is faced with the heavy responsibility of succeeding her. Moreover, from her mother's deathbed confession, she learns that her mother witnessed a call girl murder case but had been threatened to implicate an innocent person in order to save Kanako’s life. Unwittingly, Kanako has taken on the role of searching for the true criminal. Murders are occurring one after another within the house. The hand of evil is closing in on Kanako as well...
