Richard (James Woods) is a professional photographer who travels the world daily, seeking subjects that can bring him economic benefits. After years in the industry, he understands that beautiful and good things cannot attract people's attention; only violence, terror, and disaster can create opportunities for him. So, Richard and his friends arrive in war-torn Salvador, and to his surprise, what unfolds before him is a scene of hell on earth.
