Adrien (played by Grégoire Leprince-Ringuet) is a genius pianist who has been learning the piano for 15 years. However, he fails to achieve his dream at the Bernstein Piano Competition, causing his life to take a downturn. After some time to adjust, Adrien picks himself up and becomes a blind piano tuner. In fact, he only wears contact lenses which make others believe he has heightened hearing, garnering more sympathy and business, even giving him glimpses into others' lives and privacy. He immerses himself in this state of detachment, as if both in the bustling city and yet apart from it. One day, he arrives at a client's home to work, unaware that a murder has just taken place there... This film won the Best Short Film award at the Leuven International Film Festival in 2011 and the Best Short Film award at the César Awards in 2012.
