In a village where feminism flourishes, the temperamental Bian Qiangshuai (played by Feng Tai Kui) is openly despised by women, all because of his small member. In contrast, his brother Qiangmu is well-liked in the village. Qiangmu feels guilty towards his brother, as the two brothers make a living selling rice cakes. One day on the street, Qiangmu’s carelessness leads to his brother losing his member. Soon after, a woman named Yuanshi (played by Jin Xinya) comes to the village. She was abducted by the Japanese in her early years; although she is charming, she is not very clear-headed. The lecherous men of the village take pleasure in spying on Yuanshi. Unwilling to see her mistreated, Qiangmu brings her home to be his brother's sister-in-law. One night, Qiangshuai saves an old man and a young boy, and out of gratitude, the old man reveals the secret of the divine liquor under the statue of "General of the World" to Qiangshuai. After drinking the liquor, he experiences a surge of second growth, leading to drastic changes in his life and even in the course of world history...
