Alexia (played by Agathe Rousselle) is a car model who makes a living through exotic dancing thanks to her stunning figure. Years ago, a car accident led to titanium being implanted in her brain by doctors. Over time, this metal has increasingly affected her personality, causing her to become violent and unstable. Under the influence of the titanium, she even killed her own parents. Furthermore, Alexia discovers that she has developed a sexual attraction to cars, and after engaging in sexual relations with one, she realizes that her body is showing signs of pregnancy. Vincent (played by Vincent Lindon) is the captain of the fire brigade. Years ago, his son went missing, and he has never given up on finding him. Fate brings Alexia and Vincent together, with Alexia disguising herself as Vincent's son and beginning a life under the same roof. She must struggle to maintain her lie while also hiding her gradually transforming body. Of course, a secret cannot be kept forever, and after a long period of repression, the relationship between Alexia and Vincent undergoes subtle changes.
