Two muscular police detectives investigating a bank robbery discover that the criminals are impervious to knives and guns. Following the clues, they trace a company that seems to be linked to many recent cases involving a secret laboratory. Later, the two tough guys unfortunately die in the struggle against the criminals, but this inadvertently creates an opportunity for them—both become test subjects, and their bodies are about to be utilized by an evil doctor with a grand conspiracy...
