Shin Jae-jun (played by Kim Jaejoong) is an elite in the IT industry, living life on his own terms with a flamboyant personality. After a car accident leaves him in a comatose state, God offers him a chance to serve as a postman for Heaven in exchange for two more weeks of life. Thus, Jae-jun delivers letters back and forth between Heaven and the human world, bringing hope to those who have lost loved ones, leading to a deeper understanding of love. Jo Ha-na (played by Han Hyo-joo) cannot let go of her deceased partner and constantly sends resentful letters to him. By chance, the two meet at a postbox in the heavenly grassland, and Jae-jun decides to have Ha-na serve as his assistant on Earth. As they exchange letters together, Ha-na gradually emerges from the shadows of her past relationship and develops feelings for Jae-jun. Meanwhile, Jae-jun's two weeks of life are coming to an end...
