At the end of World War II, Rachel (Carice van Houten) is a Jewish girl from the Netherlands who narrowly escapes death with her family, only to be caught in gunfire from a German warship, leaving her the sole survivor. Hidden in the shadows, Rachel memorizes the traitor's appearance and dedicates her life to finding this person.
