In a future world, the secret system "Platinum Data" has been developed, storing the DNA data of the entire population of Japan, and thereby constructing an ideal society with a 100% reporting rate and a 0% wrongful conviction rate. However, even such an advanced system is stumped by a serial murder case codenamed "NF13," with the perpetrator committing numerous crimes and remaining elusive; even the developers of "Platinum Data," the Tatekawa siblings, have been tragically killed. Shortly thereafter, genius scientist Kagura Ryuhei (played by Kazunari Ninomiya) from the Special Analysis Research Institute analyzes the suspect's genes extracted from the body of Tatekawa Sayuki (played by Kiko Mizuhara) and shockingly discovers that the true culprit points to himself. With the help of his colleague Shiratori Risa (played by Anne), Kagura hurriedly escapes, while the investigation team led by Detective Asama Reiji (played by Etsushi Toyokawa) has already laid an elaborate net in this city. Throughout this process, Kagura's own secrets gradually surface, and the truth is beyond everyone's expectations... This film is adapted from the famous mystery novel by Keigo Higashino.
