Allen (played by Anil Kapoor) is the son of Dr. Verma, a distinguished scientist who invented a magical bracelet based on optical principles that can make people invisible. However, Mogambo learns of this invention and sends someone to claim it, but Dr. Verma refuses to hand it over. Consequently, Mogambo, driven by ambition and profit, resorts to murdering Dr. Verma. Mogambo attempts to dominate India; he engages in arms trading in the black market, establishes missile bases, and threatens various key facilities in India. When Allen grows up, he adopts seven or eight children and rents out empty rooms, one of which is occupied by a girl named Sima, who gradually bonds with the kids.
One day, Mogambo's henchmen encounter Dr. Verma's assistant, Professor Sinha, on the street. After successfully escaping, the professor informs Allen about the whereabouts of the bracelet. Once Allen obtains the bracelet, he transforms into an invisible man, calling himself "Mr. India," and begins his mission of punishing villains and doing good. Upon learning of this, Mogambo kidnaps Allen, Sima, and the children, trying to lure out "Mr. India." In the bandit’s lair, Allen utilizes the power of the bracelet to punish the bandits severely, while Mogambo, in his madness, attempts to blow up all of India but is subdued by Allen.
