Due to poor weather conditions at Haneda Airport, a flight to Tokyo is temporarily stopped at Matsumoto Airport, which only has two arrivals a day. Ground staff Chikusa Okouchi (played by Yūko Takeuchi) is on high alert, putting in her utmost effort to meet the various demands of passengers, while also dealing with the persistent marriage proposal from Manager Muraki (played by Masahiro Kōmoto). Shortly after, the Tsurukawa family, who just finished a funeral, arrives at the waiting hall.
