This film is directed and starred by Golden Horse Award winner Lee Siu-Hung. It is a racing movie in the style of "Burning Wheels" from the early 80s. The story depicts Master Choi (Lee Siu-Hung), the owner of a motorcycle shop who is disabled, having a high regard for his apprentice Ah Chong (Mackey Choy), and helping him win the annual Macau race. It is later revealed that Master Choi was once one of the top ten drivers in Southeast Asia, but was disabled due to an accident during a race.
