The female hero Feng Ling (played by Hui Ying Hung) learns that the Six-String Demon Lute has reemerged in the martial world, being used by a mysterious individual to indiscriminately kill innocents, aiming to dominate the martial arts community. The only things that can counter the demon lute are the Fire String Bow and Fire Feather Arrows, but only the recluse Qiao Yin (played by Long Tianxiang) knows their whereabouts. Feng Ling seeks out Old Mischief Maker (played by Yuan De), Thief (played by Guo Zhui), and Monkey Fei (played by Qian Xiaobao), to find Qiao Yin; during their journey, they discover that the elusive recluse is actually the Six-Fingered Demon Lute (played by Bai Biao)!
