Beautiful girl Zhang Danfu (played by Yao Xingtong) aspires to become an actress to pursue her dream man, Zhang Youhe. Her childhood friend and close companion Jiang Xiaobai (played by Li Xianzai) feels the difficulty of this journey after accompanying her to countless auditions. He decides to sell his luxury car and use all his savings to bring in a friend from a TV station to help Zhang Danfu make a movie.
