Nicknamed "Little Sho," high school student Kogure (played by Kimiko Ikegami) welcomes a joyful summer vacation. When she discovers that her father (played by Saho Sasazawa), who has been single for eight years, has a new girlfriend (played by Haruko Wanikuchi), she refuses to go on a trip to Karuizawa with him. Instead, she and six classmates decide to vacation at the estate of Aunt Kiyoko (played by Yoko Minada). In her youth, Aunt Kiyoko had a romance with a handsome young man (played by Tomokazu Miura), but the Pacific War took her lover's life. Since then, Aunt Kiyoko has been alone, waiting for her love to return. The visit from Kogure and her friends brings great joy to the lonely aunt, and the lively girls have fun playing in the mountains. However, it seems that Aunt Kiyoko and the estate hide some terrifying creature, and one by one, the girls begin to disappear... The film won the Best New Director Award at the 1978 Blue Ribbon Awards.
