Official: The film is produced by "Mount Tai" Film Company and directed by V. Armstrong. It tells the story of race car driver Santee and his friend Eddie, who are framed during a car theft operation. Santee becomes the accused murderer of Eddie and is imprisoned. During transport, he successfully escapes, steals a car, and takes a woman named Rita hostage. He is pursued by police cars but eventually manages to evade capture and drives to a warehouse that houses valuable stolen cars, where he engages in a fierce battle with the people inside. Santee aims to draw out the mastermind behind the car theft ring, only to accidentally discover that it is the current chief inspector who is the true killer of Eddie. The plot follows a traditional formula, but the fight scenes are quite spectacular. My version: Santee (played by Dolph Lundgren) is born into a family of police officers, with his father and brothers being outstanding cops, while he is just a truck driver in the desert. One day, he and a police officer friend are transporting illegal goods when they are intercepted by two corrupt police officials, including Franklin. They kill Santee’s friend and the cop, framing Santee for the crime. Having worked for Franklin from the age of 16, Santee knows all of Franklin's wrongdoings. Santee escapes during transit and kidnaps police officer Rita and her car (her boyfriend is also a cop) at a small hotel in town. After abandoning the car, they end up at a farm of an old habitual offender. After a hearty meal, they find the wife and children of Santee’s murdered friend, and Santee even visits Franklin’s house to confront his wife, leaving Franklin helpless. Santee arranges to meet a big bad guy—Jimmy, who seems to collude with Franklin to frame Santee. Santee single-handedly kills all of Jimmy's men, shocking the police. They flee into the Joshua woods, where Rita begins to understand the situation and sparks a romantic connection with Santee, but she is also placed on the wanted list alongside him. The police set up numerous roadblocks, yet they still allow Santee to "escape" right under their noses; in fact, to some extent, the police are not his match at all. Only two high officials' cars follow Santee, but the police have already blockaded the only exit from the desert area. Clearly, these two officials want to silence Santee, leading to a violent confrontation (?). The results are predictable. Meanwhile, police officer Tommy sees a video in Jimmy's car warehouse, proving that the two high officials killed Rita's boyfriend, as he has also discovered the truth. Ultimately, Franklin is brought to justice.
