Eight years after Chucky was melted down, a toy company considers re-releasing the "Good Guy" doll to boost sales. They recover Chucky's remains and recreate him, leading to his rebirth. To complete his soul transfer, the revived Chucky kills the toy company's president and vanishes into the night. Andy (played by Justin Whalin) has endured eight years of life in foster care and is now attending a military academy, where the horrifying memories of Chucky still haunt him. Dealing with the strict Colonel Shelton (Travis Fine) at the academy isn't easy either. Chucky mails himself to the military school in search of Andy, but is unexpectedly claimed by rookie Private Tyler. Believing he has a new lease on life, Chucky thinks he can escape the fate of needing to possess Andy's body, and promptly reveals his secret to Tyler, planning to take over Tyler's flesh. Andy cannot stand by while his peers suffer, and consequently, he confronts Chucky once again…
