Teenage Kimberly (A.J. Cook) goes on a road trip with friends and foresees a severe multi-car accident in which she and her friends will perish. Startled, Kimberly blocks the road with her car to prevent the accident. However, the crash still occurs, and Kimberly narrowly escapes while six others survive the disaster. This strange experience reminds everyone of the story of the survivors of Flight 180. As expected, Death doesn't let any escapee go unscathed. The survivors begin to die one by one in various coincidences and accidents, following the order in which they were supposed to die in the crash, with Kimberly being the last survivor. She learns that Flight 180 survivor Clear (Ali Larter) is still alive and hopes to find a way to escape Death's grasp from her…
