However, if a child accidentally sees the Tooth Fairy's face, they will be brutally killed. A young boy named Kyle (played by Joshua Anderson) has just lost his last baby tooth, and the legend of the Tooth Fairy frightens him into sleeplessness. That night, he suddenly wakes from a dream to see the Tooth Fairy's terrifying masked face. In his attempt to escape, he knocks over a candle, and the flame burns the Tooth Fairy's eyes. A tragedy follows: Kyle's mother (played by Rebecca McCauley) is brutally killed by the enraged Tooth Fairy. The next day, the police investigate the scene and unanimously conclude that Kyle is the murderer of his mother. Twelve years later, Kyle (played by Joshua Anderson) is released from prison and arrives in Las Vegas, Nevada. He carries a candle with him everywhere he goes and ensures that his room is always brightly lit at night. Everyone thinks he is insane, but Kyle knows that the vengeful Tooth Fairy has been plotting to take his life for the past several years...
