The story takes place in Tianjin Wei in 1947. Zheng Xinling (played by Lu Chen) is the daughter of a wealthy businessman, living a life of luxury and comfort as if she were a princess. However, fate takes a turn when her mother dies in a car accident, leaving Xinling devastated, and she soon develops depression. Ning Ya (played by Feng Bo) is a psychologist who has returned from studying abroad. After a consultation, he takes Xinling to a quiet lodge for treatment. Once at the lodge, Xinling discovers what seems to be an ordinary diary, but as she starts reading it, a series of strange occurrences begin. First, there are bizarre deaths, and then every midnight, terrifying music fills the lodge, accompanied by blood-soaked human specimens. Soon after, even stranger phenomena occur on a night of power outage...
