Zhou Xingxing (played by Stephen Chow) is the captain of the Flying Tiger Team, tasked with going undercover at Sheng Yuqiang High School to locate the police-issued handgun that was stolen during a visit by Police Chief Yu. Despite his reluctance, Zhou Xingxing accepts the mission. He quickly adapts to school life and, with his strong martial arts skills, gains the support of many students at the school, which enables him to investigate the missing gun case. Another undercover cop, Cao Dahua (played by Ng Man-tat), also participates in this case, ultimately teaming up with classmates to help Zhou Xingxing crack a major arms trafficking case.
