In 2009, the chivalrous heroine Flying Eagle (Michelle Yeoh) often took action against evil, earning the love of the citizens. Her public identity was that of a socialite named Lulu. The police chief believed that Flying Eagle's bravado undermined the authority of the police force and enlisted the help of detective Wen Ren (Jordan Chan) to capture her. During the operation, Wen Ren fortuitously encountered his junior sister Lulu, and due to their long separation, he was unaware of her connection to Flying Eagle. One day, Lulu's suitor, Dr. He Cong, was kidnapped by a female thief (Li Bingbing), and Lulu relentlessly pursued her but ultimately could not overpower her opponent, raising Wen Ren's suspicions about Lulu. Wen Ren investigated clues from He Cong's assistant and deduced that the case was related to Xia Mu Jun, the chairman of the Sun Country's Xia Mu Group. During the rescue operation for He Cong, Lulu once again displayed extraordinary skills, and Wen Ren began to associate Flying Eagle with her in a more intricate way, making their relationship quite subtle.
