In 2009, the chivalrous heroine Flying Eagle (Michelle Yeoh) often took action against evil, earning the love of the citizens. Her public identity was that of a socialite named Lulu. The police chief believed that Flying Eagle's bravado undermined the authority of the police force and enlisted the help of detective Wen Ren (Jordan Chan) to capture her.
