The story takes place in the vast Kalahari Desert of South Africa, where Carl (played by Luke Goss) is a racer in prison, awaiting the most important race of his life. This race could cost him his life or grant him the long-awaited freedom, and everything is in the hands of Carl and his opponents. Unfortunately, the organizers of the death match seem to have no intention of allowing Carl to achieve victory.
Behind the scenes, the organizers are trying every means to take Carl's life. However, with extraordinary intelligence and great courage, along with the secret help of the beautiful and kind car navigator Katrina (played by Tanit Phoenix), Carl repeatedly brakes just before crossing the line of death. In fact, he has another plan, one that will completely destroy the evil organizers.
