Ah Qiang (played by Sang Weilin) has been practicing Chinese martial arts since childhood and won the championship title in a martial arts competition. However, ever since then, his path as a warrior has come to a standstill. Fearing that his single title might be taken away, Ah Qiang gives up participating in competitions and only becomes a martial arts coach for children in the village. One day, Ah Qiang encounters a disabled girl named Xiao Yu, who strongly encourages him to leave the village and explore the outside world. Xiao Yu's words awaken Ah Qiang, prompting him to travel to Shenzhen with his friend Xia Zai (played by Li Tie). In Shenzhen, Ah Qiang meets the singer Ah Ling (played by Ni Jingyang) and, due to a misunderstanding, gets beaten by Ah Ling's brother-in-law Zhao Wei (played by Teng Jun). Afterwards, Ah Qiang seeks help from his friend Ah Long (played by Zhao Zilong) and unexpectedly learns that Ah Long's father is a seasoned Sanda coach.
