The mentally unstable Si-Hui (played by Zhang Jiahui) is released on parole. Years ago, he single-handedly killed dozens of people but was caught after being shot by the police (played by Liao Qizhi). 29 years later, the old gang leader is dead, and there are two candidates for the new leader: Arrow Pig and Peter (played by Tan Yaowen). The former is lecherous and timid, while the latter is quite scheming. The uncles want to support Arrow Pig to take the lead, sending him to pick Si-Hui up from prison and rally him against Peter. Arrow Pig prepares to host a welcome for Si-Hui, but instead of appreciating it, Si-Hui openly rescues three people that Arrow Pig intends to deal with: the pimp Egg Tart (played by Wang Jing), prostitute Big Feng (played by Mo Xiaoqi), and Little Feng (played by Meng Yao). It turns out that Big Feng is a prostitute under Egg Tart's control and had been raped by Arrow Pig. When she learns that her intellectually disabled sister Little Feng has been trafficked to Hong Kong, she rushes to rescue her, thus offending Arrow Pig. Si-Hui takes them back to his home, where his mother (played by Bao Qijun) has dementia and can no longer recognize her son but feels a sense of closeness. Subsequently, Si-Hui develops feelings for Big Feng, but he becomes the focus of the gang and is targeted by the gun king...
