At the beginning of the War of Resistance against Japan, Wang Yaoweng, a national capitalist suffering greatly in the enemy-occupied areas, proposed to cooperate with a certain military commander of the Kuomintang, his sworn brother Yu Zicai, to train a women's mobile squad to resist the Japanese invaders, in exchange for military pay and equipment for self-protection. Yu Zicai agreed and assigned his personal bodyguard Yang Ganqiao (Liu Wei) to carry out the special training mission named "Blue Iron Anchor Operation". Eight young female exiles were taken to a remote military camp in the deep mountains to begin rigorous and harsh training. Wang Yaoweng's military pay and equipment sent to Yu Zicai were intercepted by the traitor Tian Baye, colluding with the Japanese and puppet government. During the women's mobile squad's first operation, despite some team members sacrificing themselves, they completed the mission excellently, and Wang Yaoweng was very satisfied, choosing Feifei (Zhang Yuankai) to be his personal bodyguard. The other team members, led by Yang Ganqiao, continued operations deep into enemy-occupied areas, while the beautiful Lin Manyun (He Qing) transformed into a popular dancer and appeared by the side of the traitorous leader Song Baoxian. As the situation changed, Wang Yaoweng and Yu Zicai, for their own interests, also became traitors, while Yang Ganqiao remained loyal to Yu Zicai.
