Once, Sam (played by Bruce Campbell) was a shrewd and experienced special forces commander. Tasked by his superiors, he led his team to a military outpost in Colombia to monitor and report on local terrorist activities. Sam needed to determine whether the local anti-government militants were involved in terrorist acts; if so, he had to report to his superiors for further armed intervention. One day, Sam unexpectedly learned that a group of armed militants had targeted a small clinic. Driven by a sense of justice, he decided to go there to rescue the innocent people living there.
