Lippy (Ed Helms) is thirty-four years old, and for all these thirty-four years, his life has revolved around the small town where he was born and raised, completely ignorant of the world beyond it. By chance, Lippy gets the opportunity to attend the company’s annual meeting in Iowa, a gift that excites him for quite some time. He sees it as a major adventure in his life and prepares in various ways for it. Though he comes prepared, Lippy is still shocked by the glamour and advancement of the metropolis, and his lack of survival experience leads to many humorous mishaps.
