In the mansion of his wealthy father, thirty-year-old Eric (played by Jason Sudeikis) lives a carefree life. Whenever his father is away, he gathers his friends to throw wild parties, which have become an indispensable part of Eric's life. One day, however, this laid-back lifestyle comes to an abrupt end when his father tells him he plans to sell the mansion. To commemorate his past life, Eric decides to host one last party in the mansion, a news that gets all his friends excited, as they pin their hopes on this unprecedented carnival. Meanwhile, to keep the house as long as possible, Eric starts dating the real estate agent Kelly (played by Leslie Bibb) responsible for the sale, and he unexpectedly finds himself unable to extricate himself from her allure.
