Engineer Alex (Daniel Brühl) returns to his hometown for work after ten years, tasked with designing a new robot program for his alma mater. He meets a little girl named Eva (Clàudia Vega), whom he feels is special, and invites her to help him with his work—analyzing Eva's behavioral patterns to create a program for the perfect child in his mind.
