Biochemical scientist Herbert (played by David Staszko), belonging to a reagent technology company, mysteriously disappears during his expedition in the dense rainforests of Belize after encountering gigantic killer bees. Three months later, information regarding the scientist reaches his daughter, the beautiful entomologist Gina Humphries (played by Dominika Juillet). She roughly identifies the location of her father's disappearance; despite it being in a restricted area, this adventurous woman, inheriting her father's spirit, decides to venture in with her assistant Rhonda (played by Nikolette Noel).
