Ah-Jing (played by Li Lizhen), Mei-Zhi (played by Chen Yalun), and Ah-Bo (played by Liang Simin) are three girls living under the same roof, each possessing vastly different personalities and views on love. The TV station's director, Ah-Hsiung (played by Chen Guobang), genuinely loves Mei-Zhi, but Mei-Zhi only dreams of becoming a big star and fails to see Ah-Hsiung's sincere feelings for her. Observing Ah-Hsiung's humble and painful love, Ah-Bo often encourages and helps him, leading to an unexpected spark of romance between the two. One day, Mei-Zhi unexpectedly meets a man named Roger (played by Chen Qitai), who is successful, charming, and an ideal marriage candidate.
