A severed hand escapes a doomed fate in a laboratory in Paris and sets off to reconnect with its body. In a chilling urban adventure, the hand struggles against various obstacles, including pigeons and rats, just to reunite with the pizza boy, Naoufel. Memories of Naoufel and the hand's love for librarian Gabrielle may shed light on the reasons for the hand's separation from its body and provide a poetic backdrop for the possible reunion of the three. This film is adapted from the novel "Happy Hand" by Oscar-nominated Guillaume Laurant (“Amélie”).
