Drug dealer Lee Sang-do (played by Yoo Seung-ho) manages a golden area with thirty thousand clients, living in luxury apartments and enjoying wealth. But one day, he is caught by detective Do Kyung-chang (played by Hwang Jung-min) who discovers his weakness. Under Do Kyung-chang's threat, he is forced to assist in a difficult case. Unfortunately, the mastermind Zhang Zhe escapes, and drug dealer Sang-do accidentally ends up in prison. The mastermind Zhang Zhe re-enters detective Do Kyung-chang’s sights, prompting him to seek cooperation from the now-released Sang-do to capture Zhang Zhe. However, after spending 8 months in prison because of Do Kyung-chang, Sang-do refuses to cooperate this time. To persuade him, Do Kyung-chang allows Sang-do to reclaim his drug-dealing territory and provides him with a substantial business fund. Sang-do infiltrates Zhang Zhe's organization and begins operating freely in drug trafficking, while Do Kyung-chang turns a blind eye, hoping to obtain useful information from Sang-do. In order to bring Zhang Zhe to justice, Do Kyung-chang must infiltrate the core of drug circulation—the drug manufacturing site. However, Sang-do, immersed in drug dealing, hasn’t given Do Kyung-chang any news for three months, and Do Kyung-chang's patience is wearing thin. After receiving a guarantee from Do Kyung-chang for protection, Sang-do finally reveals the whereabouts of the drug manufacturer. Do Kyung-chang lies in wait near the location of a deal between Zhang Zhe and the drug manufacturer, and at that moment, Sang-do seizes the opportunity to acquire Zhang Zhe's valuable drugs. Do Kyung-chang originally planned to catch both Zhang Zhe and the drug manufacturer in one sweep, but unexpectedly runs into trouble on-site. Similarly, Sang-do, aiming to completely control the drug market, faces unforeseen obstacles during Zhang Zhe's moment of panic.
