Directed by Albert Dupontel and starring Virginie Efira, the comedy film [Bye Bye Idiot] (Adieu des Cons, tentative translation) follows a terminally ill hairdresser (to be played by Efira) who decides to search for the child she gave up for adoption after becoming pregnant in her teenage years. She meets a bureaucrat (played by Dupontel) who is tired of suicide, and together with a blind archivist, they join her quest. The film is set to start shooting in June.
