Yuki Morimura (played by Shota Takasaki) is the principal violinist of the Fujimi Citizen Symphony Orchestra. Although it is just an amateur orchestra, Yuki always carries a sense of pride and honor as its leader. One day, a handsome conductor, Kei Kirinoin (played by Yusuke Arai), returns from studying at an art university and joins the orchestra. Yuki is filled with disdain and hostility toward this newcomer, but he soon realizes that Kei's presence significantly improves the orchestra's performance level. Despite this, Yuki still holds prejudices against many of Kei's methods and even submits a request to leave the orchestra. Faced with this angry musician, Kei tries everything he can to keep Yuki, while he harbors many little-known secrets. What will become of their relationship? The film is adapted from the popular BL novel by Koo Akizuki, which has sold over 4 million copies.
