British intelligence agent Ewan (played by Sean Bean) loses his wife in a terrorist organization bombing. Muslim student Ashaf (played by Abhin Galeya), who grew up in the UK and holds British nationality, has suffered from discrimination and, seeking revenge for his homeland, joins a Muslim terrorist organization. During a terrorist attack initiated by suicide bombers, Ashaf steals the bomb that Ewan was protecting and carries out a suicide bombing. Following this, Ewan, under the orders of his female superior, begins to eliminate the terrorist organization that Ashaf is part of. On one side is the terrorist organization committing murder in retaliation against the Western world, and on the other side is the British intelligence organization committing killings to stop the slaughter. In the face of morality and conscience, which side is truly the guardian of justice, or are they both executioners with blood on their hands? As Ashaf is about to complete his mission, he is shot by Ewan; however, a second bomb subsequently explodes, and the person who planted the bomb is not Muslim.
