Three unconventional grandmas—Tingzi (played by Luo Wenxi), Yingji (played by Jin Xiumei), and Shenzi (played by Jin Huiyu)—come from impoverished families, each with their own struggles. The only hope that keeps them going is saving up for a trip to Hawaii. They economize and even steal from supermarkets regularly to save money, finally amassing 8.37 million won over 8 years for their travel expenses. Just when they go to the bank to deposit the money as instructed by their travel agency, they are robbed by two bank robbers. The three vow to get their savings back. By chance, they discover the hideout of one of the robbers, Junxi (played by Lin Changzheng), but are told that the money has been embezzled by another robber. Out of frustration, Tingzi decides to emulate Junxi and rob a bank. With Yingji and Shenzi reluctantly agreeing, they have Junxi train them. The daily physical training proves to be a struggle. The robbery journey of these three grandmas is filled with humor and challenges. Will they succeed in their heist and fulfill their dream of traveling to Hawaii?
