Saori (played by Eikura Nana) was once an idol shining with brilliance and hope on stage, but the glory of her past has long faded. Now, she works as a cashier in a supermarket, lacking energy and hope for her future, feeling as if she has sunk into a mire, devoid of life. Saori’s only confidant is her Russian Blue cat, Ryo, with whom she chats late into the night. Over time, Ryo begins to hallucinate, believing he is human and even Saori's boyfriend. By chance, Saori meets an obscure painter, and the painter’s presence gradually changes Saori's negative outlook on life. The distance between them decreases, and Ryo observes everything keenly.
