Kira, a girl born into a happy family formed by humans and vampires, has a grandfather, Zong Er Lang (played by Akira Emoto), who wishes to coexist with humans. He invents a drug that allows vampires to age and vows never to consume human blood, choosing to live in human form under the bright sun. However, disaster strikes when a mysterious vampire murders Kira's parents as punishment for their cross-species union. Following this, Kira moves to Yokohama with her grandfather and settles in a vampire bakery that has been running for 120 years. Years pass, and Kira (played by Mirei Kiritani) grows into a beautiful and fashionable young girl.
